Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team at Bidvest Group. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. The ideal candidate will be at a Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 7 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell additional products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements to our products or services - Analyze client data and trends to make informed decisions on how to best serve our clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Requirements: - 7 years of experience in client relations - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and decision-making abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Knowledge of CRM systems and best practices in client relations - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
