Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Gold Fields is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Client Relations Officer to work remotely from Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, cooperative, and possess excellent people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues - Provide timely and accurate responses to client communication through various channels - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and exceed expectations - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience - Compile reports on client interactions, issues, and feedback for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences of clients - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Passion for building relationships and exceeding client expectations
