Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Officer for Pick n Pay Stores. This is a part-time position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand - Handle client feedback and resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed efficiently - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in our database - Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional client service - Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Persuasion skills to influence client decisions and build long-lasting relationships - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
