Job Description - Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Adcock Ingram, a leading pharmaceutical company in Johannesburg, Gauteng, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team remotely. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or products to meet those needs. 3. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to stay informed and provide valuable insights to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns. 5. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase sales. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for management on client interactions and sales performance. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry regulations to effectively communicate with clients.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Strong planning and research skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
