Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Capitec Bank in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Provide education and guidance to clients on bank products and services - Process client transactions accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Confident and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
