Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team at Sasol in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients in a remote capacity. This part-time position requires at least 3 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention - Work closely with the sales team to provide support during the sales process and help identify opportunities for additional revenue - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on key metrics and performance indicators - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise - Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and make strategic recommendations for client management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Ability to manage people and critical thinking skills - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Experience working remotely and managing client relationships from a distance
