Client Relations Representative

FirstRand, a leading financial institution based in Pretoria, Gauteng, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and possess a strong ability to adapt to various situations and be resourceful in finding solutions.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a prompt and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed their expectations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination in delivering services to clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and insights for improvement - Handle client complaints or concerns effectively, escalating issues when necessary - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record in client relations with at least 4 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and critical thinking abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
