Client Relations Representative

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Representative to join our team at Discovery Limited in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing accurate information about products and services - Resolving client issues and concerns effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Conducting analysis on client interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Upholding the company's values of understanding and empathy in all client interactions
