Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at Pick n Pay Stores, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent customer service and address any issues they may have. 2. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure a pleasant customer experience. 3. Resolve customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide product and service information to customers. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Use your planning and project management skills to organize and prioritize customer inquiries effectively. 8. Keep up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Dedicated and motivated individual who is willing to go the extra mile for customers. 3. Strong planning and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be comfortable working remotely and have a reliable internet connection.
