Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Client Relations Representative to join our team at Sasfin Bank. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, concerns, and requests - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts, products, and services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Track and document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM system - Meet individual and team targets for client satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred - Prior experience in financial services or banking industry is a plus
