Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Capitec Bank is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to kickstart their career in client relations within the banking industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
