Job Description:
Capitec Bank is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This part-time position is ideal for entry-level professionals looking to kickstart their career in client relations within the banking industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to clients. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for client retention and satisfaction. 6.
