Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

FirstRand, a leading financial services group in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As an entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their needs and preferences. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth.

Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns. 4. Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and address client demands effectively. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. A degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
