Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Cell C is seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining their trust and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide regular reports and updates on client satisfaction and retention rates - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to better serve clients - Assist in organizing client events or initiatives to foster stronger relationships

Requirements:

- Resourceful and reliable individual with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent time management and organizational abilities - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence clients - Experience in a customer service or client relations role - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
