Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns - Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing any questions or issues they may have - Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client-related issues or requests - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Conduct regular feedback surveys to gather insights and improve client relations strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
