Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Vodacom Group. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and identify opportunities for growth - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their accounts and projects - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Conduct research and gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Reliable and driven with a strong work ethic - Able to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
