Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Tiger Brands is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work remotely from home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback. 2. Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. 6. Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics to management. 7. Address escalated client issues with tact and empathy.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and resourceful individual who is committed to providing exceptional service. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients and internal teams. 3. Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in client relations or customer service preferred. 6. Must have a quiet and professional home office setup with reliable internet connection. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
