Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Investec is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, offering flexibility and work-life balance. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication - Utilize problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns - Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction - Analyze client feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Keep detailed records of client interactions for future reference - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better assist clients

Requirements: - Resilient and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others - Analytical mindset to assess client needs and provide solutions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - High school diploma or equivalent required
