Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team at Absa Group Limited in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and offer innovative solutions - Support the Client Service Manager in various administrative tasks - Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with the company

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - 2 years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Innovation and creativity to solve complex problems - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
