Job Description:
Shoprite Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, this position requires an individual who is independent, reliable, and possesses strong analytical and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. 2. Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist in the implementation of client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze data to identify trends and insights that will drive strategic initiatives to improve client service. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client service experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Previous experience in data analysis and reporting. 7. Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
