Telkom SA is seeking a reliable and resilient Client Service Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Manage client accounts and update information as needed. 3. Assist clients in navigating our products and services to meet their specific needs. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate when necessary. 5. Provide support to the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential opportunities. 6. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all client communications. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics related to client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
