Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at FirstRand. As a leading financial services provider, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their financial goals and provide exceptional customer service. This position is part-time and located in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and video conferencing to provide services and support - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and support business objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or related field - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong persuasion and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
