Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Mediclinic Southern Africa is seeking a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Associate will be responsible for providing excellent client service and support to our patients remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service roles and possess a hardworking and driven personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service via phone, email, and other remote communication channels - Assist clients with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our system - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the best possible care - Manage and prioritize client requests and tasks efficiently - Utilize leadership and negotiation skills to effectively communicate and problem-solve with clients and team members

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client service roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in digital communication tools and technology - Hardworking and driven personality - Leadership and negotiation skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
