Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and resilient Client Service Associate to join our team at AngloGold Ashanti in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns - Assist in the development of client service materials and resources - Conduct client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the client experience - Uphold high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions

Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Experience in the mining or natural resources industry is a plus
