Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Truworths International, a leading fashion retailer in South Africa, is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Associate to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or retail.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and over the phone - Assist clients with product inquiries, purchases, and returns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's POS system - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or retail - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace - Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet - High emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
