Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team at The Bidvest Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Manage incoming and outgoing client communications - Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for client interactions - Complete administrative tasks as needed to support the client services team

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - High school diploma or equivalent required - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently - Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
