As a Client Service Manager at Exxaro Resources in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to management - Lead strategic planning efforts to drive long-term growth and success for both clients and the company
Requirements: - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficient in project management and strategic planning - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Reliable and energetic with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Experience in the mining or natural resources industry preferred
