Job Description:
Tiger Brands is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Understand client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective client support - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly - Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to existing clients - Prepare regular reports on client activity, feedback, and sales performance - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in order to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client service or account management - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and time management soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred) - Availability to work part-time hours
