Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. This position is at a Mid-to-Senior Level and requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in a client service or account management role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and proactively prevent potential problems - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track client success and progress - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client service or account management, preferably in a remote setting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and driven mindset with a solution-oriented approach - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting
