Client Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team at Gold Fields in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level position requiring 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be confident, adaptable, and possess excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet their goals and objectives. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 4. Developing and implementing strategies to improve client service and increase client engagement. 5. Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 6. Providing guidance and support to clients on products and services offered by Gold Fields. 7. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
