Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Massmart Holdings is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Service Manager at Massmart Holdings, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall client experience. This role is ideal for someone with 8 years of experience in client service and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver on service level agreements. 4. Develop and implement client service strategies to improve client retention and loyalty. 5. Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify areas for improvement. 6. Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to gather feedback and address any concerns. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client service performance. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve processes.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving results. 6. Hardworking and reliable personality traits. 7. Emotional intelligence and strong planning skills as soft skills. 8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
