Job Description:
As a Client Service Manager at Shoprite Holdings in Pretoria, Gauteng, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, address any issues or concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their overall experience with the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. 2. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client accounts, including billing, payments, and contract renewals. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 5. Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and retention. 7. Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth and client acquisition. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Dedication and drive to exceed client expectations. 5. Excellent presentation and time management skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8.
