Job Description:
Clicks Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to work remotely from home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and satisfaction - Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss ongoing projects and strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in client service management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude - Excellent research and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
