Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Bidcorp is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our team in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time entry-level position with no specific years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Attend training sessions to improve client service skills - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions for clients - Persuasion skills to effectively sell additional products and services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
