Job Description:
MTN Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, identifying their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, and ensure timely resolution. 3. Conduct regular client assessments to understand their needs and preferences. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 5. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the client experience and increase customer satisfaction. 7. Prepare reports and presentations for management on client feedback and performance metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management and analytical skills. 5. Resilient and driven personality traits. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 8. Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
