Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

AngloGold Ashanti is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable, resourceful, have strong decision-making skills, and possess an exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote client service and support to customers via phone, email, and online chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Assist with the development and implementation of client service strategies - Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and report findings to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Familiarity with remote client service tools and technology - Strong decision-making abilities and attention to detail
