Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Investec is currently seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is a part-time position and is ideal for individuals who are energetic, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Managing client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Processing client requests and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions - Assisting with account management and administrative tasks as needed - Staying up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better serve clients - Providing support to other team members as needed

Requirements: - Entry-level position, no prior experience required - Adaptable and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Team player with a willingness to collaborate with others - Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office applications
