Job Description:
Gold Fields is currently seeking a dedicated and confident Client Service Officer to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Assist clients with account management tasks, including processing transactions and updating account information. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and provide solutions to client problems. 5. Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales materials and assisting with client meetings. 6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the industry. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. 8. Continuously enhance your knowledge of the company's products and services to better assist clients.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Confidence and dedication to providing excellent customer service. 3. Creativity and resourcefulness in problem-solving. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
