Telkom SA is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate for this position should be energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. They should possess strong persuasion skills and be adaptable to different situations.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of new client service initiatives.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Energetic and passionate attitude towards customer service. 3. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients. 4. Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks accordingly. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
