Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Harmony Gold is seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Service Officer to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing information, resolving issues, and escalating as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Conduct client meetings and presentations to discuss services, solutions, and opportunities - Monitor client accounts and track key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services - Update client records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Proven experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and confident personality traits - People management skills and attention to detail - Equal Opportunity Employer
