Client Service Officer

As a Client Service Officer at Exxaro Resources in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Maintain client relationships and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Assist clients with account management, including processing transactions and updating information - Handle client complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in service processes and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high level of client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach - Innovative thinker with a willingness to adapt to changing needs - Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
