Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Harmony Gold, a leading mining company located in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of independence and motivation.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of all information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively. 4. Analyze client feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improving service. 5. Utilize persuasion skills to encourage clients to make informed decisions that align with Harmony Gold's objectives. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client satisfaction. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 4. Proven experience in client service or a related field. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
