Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at Anglo American Platinum in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns and complaints - Monitor client feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Assist with special projects as needed to support the client service team - Utilize decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
