Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Discovery Limited is seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions 2. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and courteous manner 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner 5. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback to management 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients 7. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve KPIs and goals

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in customer service roles 2. Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for exceeding customer expectations 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Creative problem-solving skills 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
