Job Description - Client Service Representative

Job Description:


As a Client Service Representative at Hilton in Cape Town, Western Cape, ZA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the face of the company, ensuring that all client inquiries, issues, and requests are handled promptly and professionally.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 2. Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information. 3. Process client requests, such as reservations, cancellations, and changes, in accordance with company policies and procedures. 4. Handle client complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, working to find suitable resolutions. 5. Maintain client records and documentation accurately and confidentially. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience. 7. Act as a brand ambassador for Hilton, promoting our services and offerings to potential clients. 8. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry. 2. Motivated and resourceful individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong presentation and decision-making skills to effectively communicate with clients and make informed decisions. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in working with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our clients.
