Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team at Vodacom Group in Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client servicing. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, possess excellent communication and cooperation skills, and thrive in a global, collaborative working environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Keep up-to-date with the company's products and services in order to provide accurate information to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge of the industry

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and confidently - Excellent cooperation skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Flexibility to work part-time hours - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global working environment
