Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Sasfin Bank is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As an Associate Level Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from a remote location. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other remote communication methods to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide accurate and timely information regarding our products and services - Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other banking-related activities - Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of knowledge about Sasfin Bank's products and services - Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client services - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Excellent persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology
