Job Description:
MTN Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a telecommunications or related industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates to customer records and documentation. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are being met and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 5. Assist in the development of customer service strategies and initiatives to improve overall client experience. 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of service provided to clients. 7. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. Confident and driven personality with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills to effectively address client needs in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members. 4. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve designated goals. 6. Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus.
