Job Description:
Imperial Logistics is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an Associate level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Provide product and service information to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. 5. Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. 7. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continually improve our services. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client servicing.
Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional client experiences. 2. Attention to detail and ability to deliver professional presentations to clients. 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
