Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Client Service Representative to join our team at Liberty Group in Johannesburg, Gauteng. As an Entry Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Understand client needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions - Process client orders and follow up on delivery status - Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Hardworking and motivated individual - Excellent decision-making skills - Strong persuasion abilities - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
