Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Liberty Group is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are eager to grow and develop their skills in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person - Assist clients with account inquiries, requests, and problem resolution - Conduct research and present information on various financial products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Educate clients on the benefits and features of our products and services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve our clients - Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong presentation and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
